As a feature or product becomes generally available, or is cancelled or postponed, information will be removed from this website. If Targeted release is available the Rollout start date will reflect the change beginning to appear in Targeted release followed by Standard release, otherwise the Rollout start date will reflect the change beginning to appear in Standard release.

Information Barriers (IB) V2 brings new capabilities including larger segment scale support, multi-segment support, and flexible people discoverability etc. Existing IB v1 tenants require an upgrade to IB v2 to take advantage of these new capabilities. The Teams app usage report will be renamed to the Integrated Apps usage report and redesigned with new metrics and charts. These will provide insights into apps enabled for Teams, Outlook, Microsoft 365 apps, and Microsoft 365 Copilot (Copilot extensions) in your organization. The report will feature two sections: App Usage and User Activity. Insights will be organized by Publishing Type (Line-of-business apps, Microsoft partner apps, and Microsoft apps), Host Product (Teams, Microsoft 365 app, Outlook, Copilot), and Platform (Desktop, Mobile, Web).
